    An Ideal Diet

I'm planning to start a diet.
While I am on this diet, I will only eat what my body needs. No more, no less. All my foods will be consumed strictly for its nutritional values.

The problem is, I don't know where to start; I don't know what my diet should consist of, what activities I should avoid and such.

Can anybody point me in the correct direction? I have found some results on google, but I'm skeptical about google results; I'd prefer if someone in the same community gave recommendations.

    Thanks

Chicken breast, skimmed milk, whey protein, eggs, tuna should be your main source of protein. Almonds, eggs, cottage cheese for fats. Brown rice, green vegetables, brown bread for carbs. That's if you're interested in building muscle tho :p

Haha I'm actually trying to lose muscle. I have some muscle in unnecessary places that are restricting certain movements and is making me stiff :p

Advocare has a 24 Day Challenge that's meant to lean you out, I've completed it and lost 8 pounds of fat. Highly would suggest looking into their program.

You should take more raw veggies diets in your foods because these raw diets provide all vitamins, protein, fiber, calcium, iron, mineral, and all nutrition for the health and fitness and also control the cholesterol level and body weight.
