Obviously the Cyberpowerpc is better as it has a dedicated gpu. You'd probably want to spend around $750 if you want a really good gaming pc, and have you considered building it yourself?

I have heard of cyberpowerpc doing a poor job in building your computers and you don't really know what parts they are going to put in your computer. I would advise you to build your own pc as it can be cheaper.

I could build my own for around the same price and it would be cheaper? Where would I go to find out what all I need?

Well it wouldn't be cheaper as you would be spending the same amount but you would get better parts. Just post a thread in this forum asking for help, with your budget, what you want it to do, etc.
