Award Tours Scam

I agreed to buy 120 games of Halo 4 double experience (Mountain Dew promotion) from Award Tours. I payed him $45.00, he said the games were sent, then signed offline. He then dodged either an explanation or proof of him sending the games to my account.

*Note, I meant to send this report a day ago, but wanted to give the somewhat "vouched" member benefit of the doubt. If I am missing anything, I can update/add images.

I also notice today this member was just banned. I do not know what for, but I would like to add this to his repertoire.
