In theory, it should be fairly easy to get someone banned on this forum. I would not ever attempt this as should you because it is wrong. The main idea is to create a bogus account off site and just list their information on your bogus profile. Then pretend to be said person and break the forum rules off site. Then report the bogus account to a Sythe.org moderator.

I was looking at this and other dispute forum threads, and I will use this one as an example:

Do you see how easy it would be to get someone banned using this off site method? This guy's pardon was DENIED because his Skype was listed on some dudes hackforum thread/profile.

Anyway, something to think about.

Part 2:

Shout out to Shoop for giving me more information on how they check off site accounts:

Writing style MUST be mimicked. Which shouldn't be too hard if one knows how to search posts.

I doubt off site moderators would just freely give away someone's IP address off site which would cause a lot of trouble for that off site's community if they knew about it. I seriously doubt IP addresses are checked off site.

The only other explanations for obtaining off site IP addresses:

If the person checking was a moderator or admin of that off site community.
If the person checking obtained the IP address through less than lawful means.

Which raises a few more questions that I will leave alone for now.

Conclusion:

Would it be smart to continue this off site moderation doctrine? I don't think so. Will we be able to at least discuss this subject without some interfering forum moderator locking this thread? Probably not.
