All I see you do is lock threads. You give somewhat of an opinion and then go ahead and close the topic. Please try to stop doing that, because sometimes people have more to say than what you think, and as long as discussion is being made and not getting out of hand, there's really no need for you to close the thread. People have there opinions, if you don't like there opinions, just stay away from that thread, unless you can comment on it without closing it or getting mad.

He probably closes the thread if it gets out of hand. You're basically telling him to stop doing his job which is a little uncalled for.

 

You could just PM him yourself if you're curious as to why a thread was closed and what not.

Isn't this the feeback section? Inb4 your post gets reported spam. I'm telling him to stop closing threads unless they actually need to be closed mate, there's a difference. Closing a thread where people are arguing about useless shit is different than closing a thread just because he has his own opinions and is mad that people don't agree with him. Not just that, but I've seen him close threads that could have gone for another 5 pages with useful information/discussion.

 

Maybe he thought that it was derailing perhaps? Just send him a message and ask about why he closed it.

As said, it's his job to lock threads. If you have specific examples where cosrob has locked a thread prematurely, the post them. Otherwise please don't fill up the feedback forum, berating the staff for doing their job.

 

I'm sorry Mohatsa for giving feedback in the feedback thread. If I feel I need to show proof, I will show proof. There's a huge difference between locking a thread, and locking a thread because you get mad and have a different opinion. That's the same thing as abusing your power, so please don't come in here and tell me to stop posting in a section that is specifically meant for things like this. This is my first thread, so if you are telling me to stop posting in a section specifically for feedback, you're promoting inactivity. Just have a look around the forums, if you aren't best friends with Cosrob, you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm not biased towards Cosrob, it's just what I've seen. So if you're saying I just posted a thread to hate on Cosrob...please don't fill up the feedback forum, berating users for giving feedback in the feedback section. I don't suck up to staff like other people do, I tell it how it is, and right now this is what I'm seeing.

 

He's been doing an awful lot of work in the OGV section.

 

Just on a side note this isn't the first time I've seen this complaint so it probably has at least some substance to it. I haven't seen Cosrob at all since his return so I can't provide an opinion, but it was relatively clear in the past.

 

I have infracted you for deliberately wasting staff time. You're not looking to give helpful feedback, you merely want to cause drama.
MohtasaUnique was nothing but polite to you, yet you respond with a rant on topics totally unrelated.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this since you obviously don't have specific evidence relating to your feedback against cosrob's shortcomings. If you do come up with tangible proof where cosrob has abused his thread-locking powers, please post it in a new thread. If you don't, don't spam the feedback thread with pointless chastising.

 

To op:

I'm really going to need examples cause I'm stumped. The only thing I can think of is the ogv thread by Karl, and in my last post I discussed all concerns outlined throughout the thread and gave the appropriate answer towards it.

Yo, I just finished my hsc (determines which uni I get in to) so that would explain the few weeks where I'd only pop in every 2-3 days. The last week I've been here lurking around doing little things and running the ogv. Most of the spam reports and scam reports are always done nowadays .
