hey guys, i'm writing my higher english paper on religion and don't necessarily have a structured topic or set up.

outline arguement
make position clear
paragraph outlining each point/side of arguement i favour
aknowledge other side of arguement
conclusion

i'm basically doing it on the whole organised religion is a past time subject, but i don't know how im going to fill 1200 words. please help

Woa woa woa. The topic of organized religion is a MASSIVE topic for 1200 words. You need to focus it down, a lot. Pick a very specific aspect of one organized religion and give your discourse on it. Something like "Christianity's Wars" is a massive topic that you could write a 300 page book on, but something like analyzing a passage (ONE passage) from the bible and giving two differing views on it would be strong and sufficient.
