Honestly, every since your attitude has changed you've been fine.

 

Yeah, the attitude was the biggest hurdle for me, which I still struggle with at times. Been a continuous effort.

 

You were the most active global and now are the most active admin. Props for not using the "behind the scenes" excuse. Not much really else to say lol

 

There isn't many bad things to say, unless extremely exaggerated. The only thing I can think of is some time ago when I was still new I attempted to contact you a few times via MSN and you pretty much ignored me. I understand that you're "busy/have a life" and I really understand you probably can't be bothered sometimes - I know I'd get fed up too occasionally, but you wanted honest opinions so I wont bother with the good stuff, I'm pretty sure you know you do a good job already.

tl;dr Great mod/admin. Take more time to help new members.

 

The problem with that, as I've mentioned before is that I use my laptop for my public MSN/Skype (As I use my PC for my private, and MSN is glitched and won't let me multi-log). I leave those signed on there. When I need to (or when I remember to) - I teamview into my laptop to check them, and in most cases, people who have messaged me are offline by the time I see their messages.

 

Don't back off the RotMG market. Keep taking initiative to make this market grow, give people the chance to adapt to the game and focus on expanding a potential semi-rebirth for Sythe.

 

Pretty much a positive report from my end, I've given feedback before etc. Thanks for helping me out on MSN too. I haven't seen you be, well, blunt to anyone for quite some time (I used to find you were quite blunt, not seen anymore.) Hopefully being an administrator doesn't turn all these duties into boringness and cause you to give blunt answers and whatnot.

 

Bumping this up to get some attention to see if there's any further input. Seriously guys, I want to know if there's any opinion as to how I can improve as an admin/user.

Please, I want complete honesty. I won't bite your head off for it. I can't improve if you're not honest with me.

 

Well, we all know you're a really active admin and participate in the community more than the other admins.

I've seen you loosen up and joke around from time to time, which is something I like seeing from the staff. However I can't tell if you took the posts by me in the SF seriously or not. If you took it seriously, you know my feedback would be not to. But if you did, I doubt you'd listen to this really. Either way it's fine and I'm staying off your dick now.

 

The spam forum is intended just for that. Spam. If I seriously had an issue with you, you'd know it.

 

How egotistical, as if anyone would want to be on YOUR dick.

It's a figure of speech. In other words, I don't want people sucking up to me and giving me a bunch of bullshit just because I'm staff/admin. I want honest replies so that I can improve myself as a staff member and user. I'm sure you're intelligent enough to know what I meant, so I'll leave it at that.

I was being sarcastic, but no I don't have any issues with you. Maybe some personality quirks that irk me, but that's just how things go with anyone.

Your moderating (for the most part) is sound, and your activity is great.

 

Okay cool, then you can just disregard that previous feedback. And I guess I got trolled, only because you have the upper hand (staff).

I won't leave a positive feedback as that isn't what you want, which I think is a good thing. And whatever I have to say, it's been said by others and you already have a good understanding of the good things you do.

Fuck you Giverny. You're the worst admin that Sythe has ever seen. IDK why Richard hasn't demoted you yet. Hope you DIAF.

 

I'm not sure if it was just me - but to me, you used to come across as a very strong character. Not really intimidating but just really tight and up tight. I'm not sure if it was just because I hardly knew you, but from what others are saying as well your attitude has changed.

As for mod work, it seems like you do everything that you can while still being very community orientated. Nothing really you could improve on besides taking the "stay off my dick" in the OP. Gives me the impression that any good feedback you hear that's not constructive is dick riding.

 

I'm sure you can use female "persuasion" with sythe to get N4n0 banned.
