Followed the guide, not even close to what was promised. I've demanded my money back politely, after an initial TV session he still refuses. I don't trust him to gain access to my computer using the software. Also for future buyers, the "support" person's name and the Paypal account holder's name differ, so there is chance of foul play.

For some reason he's calling me a scammer, I've opened a dispute with paypal, which I'll then escalate into a chargeback from my CC company if for some reason they side with him.

I've sent him a screenshot with the skype window open, showing him up earnings after a grace period of 48 hours, and like the screenshot shows, they are WELL below what was promised.

EDIT:

I've offered him the chance to show him what I do via a stream, for obvious reasons I don't want him gaining control of my computer, and he still refuses. Clearly he's taken my money and making a run for it.
