I have most titles like Max Payne 3, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3.

Here are my terms:

1) If your PayPal account is unverified: I will send the key within 24 to 48 hours.
2) If your PayPal account is verified: I will send the key within 12 to 24 hours.
3) If the payment method is LibertyReserve: I will send the key within 1 to 12 hours.
4) If the key doesn't work, ie you are not using it correctly, I will not refund. If the key is defective, I will replace. If you use it incorrectly, ie on clients that do not support the key (ie steam does not support some keys, you can find a full list of keys supported on the steam website), i will not refund.
5) If you refund payment or file a dispute you will see your key posted everywhere on the internet. Your key will be spammed everywhere.
