Got Scammed help please

I bought In game item for a game called Rage of Bahamut from a user named isellbahamut we made our buisness through email which at the end i'll provide screen shots

After giving him his payment in Play station network cards like asked he told me to give him about an hr to get home then he'd send item. This was yesterday have tried recontacting and he hasn't answered yet today he reported a "Spam" of a person calling him a scammer.

Also in this following link it shows his "Account" has been hackked before and was used to scam people. I would liek this user banned even if he turns around saying it wasn't him because i feel like if he does say it wasn't him again that hes just using an IP blocker to scam people then turn around to say it wasn't him. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1446707
