I didn't really know what I was picking but this is what I came up with. If someone could tell me if I'm missing something important that would be great.

Also I have a 1750$ budget but I live in Quebec so shipping/taxes are a bitch, and I'd like to fit in decent headphones if I could.

Suggestions to change/if I'm missing something please :)

No offence, but I really, really do not understand your logic on this build.

You have 1333Mhz Ram, and a 5400RPM Hard drive, yet you have a 3770k? Your spending $120 on a keyboard?
What do you intend on doing with this build?
    3570k. Enough Said.

With $1750 you could get a much better build than that.. I've built a better (overkill) rig with a 240gb ssd so I'm 100% sure somethings wrong. I'll update this post later..
