My names Kevin and I'm pretty new to sythe. I know my profile says ive had the account for over a year, which is true, but I've only started getting active now. Not done too much on this site yet, only done two transactions: bought 50m successfully and tried to buy another 50m but got scammed, luckily I successfully charged back the scammer. I'm going to start selling RSGP here soon, do you guys have any suggestions to make sure I don't get scammed? If I only use PlayerAuctions is that pretty much scam proof?

Hi Kevin, yes PA is pretty good against scams but always use a Middleman, will help you quite allot in you're trades.

 

How does that work with PA? Does the buyer pay the middleman directly and then the middleman is the one that sends the money to PA and clears it?

 

Golden rule: Only trade with reputable, community members. Someone who has a gold thread that's reputable etc etc. It might be more expensive, but it's most definitely safer.

Secondly, yes PlayerAuctions is pretty scam proof, not confirming your order until you've received your gold is a blessing. Western Union and Moneypak are good also.

Lastly, welcome back to the community ^_^

^ I think he means when not using PA. Although, remember using a middleman does not guarantee you wont be scammed, chargebacks can still occur. Middlemen are only there to help the trade go smoothly in situations where it cannot be decided who is going first in the trade.
