Multiple proofs posted by Kev himself that he knows this name was sniped from a Sythe user. The best on being the fact he posted this on the original owners selling thread: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=11522520&postcount=39

For all we know the 'friend' who sniped the name is just made up and his attempt to avoid a ban, but either way it is a sniped name and the person who sniped it is trying to sell it here, and that is against the rules.

A name was sniped from me that I had bought from Folt. Because the user he was selling a name that he had sniped from me; he was banned.
Therefore I see absolutely no reason as to why Kev should not be banned as well.
