Bogdan123's High Pardon Request 3rd One

My Name is Bogdan, its 6 months+ I believe. This is my high parder request. i changed my life and my ways in many ways.
My past- I was a good guy at first, but then i got scammed a few times on sythe, i hated it so much, then i started to scam, i gained some trust then scammed. Then when i was banned, i got on another ip, gained some trust and scammed again, finally i was banned. I was so young and stupid, all i wanted was to be the best,etc what most teens want. I am srry for all my actions, for the people that i have scammed in the past i am terrible srry for my actions.

Also, i was a member of mmoeexchange.net my name there is bogdan, i was lvl 4 verfied, i had over 190+ feedback all 100%, i was doing some chinning for a guy, he had over 1Bill bank, which i took, i was banned from mmoe. Then i felt really guilty, i felt terrible, then i repaid the guy, i gave him 1.17B rsgp back. After that i was unbanned from mmoexchange.net i was on that forums for over a month, then simple one of the admins, banned me for no reason and said, he had implemented a new rule called, insurance, so he said if i wanted to get back on mmoe i had to pay 1.17B rsgp, i dont have this kind of money, and i see less and less members on that site. So i basically quit. But i find it unfair how i paid 1.17B rsgp back, and i am freinds with that person now, and i was unbanned for over a month+ then was banned out of nowhere and am expected to pay 1.17B to the admin as insurance, i find that to be unfair.

On sythe a year ago or more, i scammed people, i made other accounts-ban evaded. My accounts were , Bogdan123, my 2nd was H O L Y One , TheLastAirBender, and i think i used bogdan101 or i just made that to appeal in the past, then i went on a trip to ukraine for 2 months,i made a account called BogdanMMOE, i tried selling my account on sythe, etc. I never tried to scam anyone when i made this account or do anything bad. As its been over a month or so now, and i have not logged in on that account "BogdanMMOE on sythe" its not banned or anything, i have not logged in at all. Ive been a member of other fourms, i find sythe to be the best. I am srry for everything i did or said, give me another shot.

I have changed, i am now 20 years old, i graduated high school. I got a job, at a hospital,, i finally realized, what the real life/world is, what a community like sythe is. I am a member of powerbot close to a year, i am also a sponsor on powerbot, and not once have i scammed anyone. I bought gold from people, and many people went first to me. I am also a lifetime Sponsor and v.i.p member on runedream. I am srry for all my actions i am asking if i could please get another chance on sythe . I am willing to pay back any user i scammed in the past, with your help. I recently moved to a new location, and i got new internet here, i can make a new account and start out fresh, and the only ip would be my current one.
Please give me 1 last chance, i came clean with everything i did in the past, i don't there is much more i can say. I miss sythe everyday and i can only dream and wish of another chance, and i will not Ever! ban evade just because i moved, and got new internet, and i can't be traced.
