Acrural Infraction

My account was banned for Acrural Infraction which I fully understand because I did keep posting the same thing on the same dudes thread but if this ban is actually reviewed it will be seen that I was posting on his threads warning other users that he was a scammer. However he kept on deleting my posts. I do still have the messages of evidence proving he is a scammer if that helps in anyway to lift this ban off my account?

It can also be noted that some other people have had issues trying to trade with this guy, can be seen on his threads.
