    How they scammed:


    I bought 1470M OSRS gold from a seller named Rahman to use for buying SpawnPK.



    After I gave him the money during a voice call, he claimed that his seller scammed him, but I have no connection to or knowledge of the other seller Rahman was dealing with. The trade happened at 1:30, and later at 6:00, he told me on the call that he’d pay me back over 4 months.



    This proves that I gave him the money. I also have proof of him, saying his seller scammed him, which shows this isn’t my fault.

    It appears that Yoses paid you 1470m 07 to purchase 42T SPK gold.

    From the ticket transcript, Yoses was aware of the trade being outsourced. However, it is unclear of how the 42T spk gold was to be transferred from the seller to Yoses.

    Can you explain how this part of the trade was to be conducted, and ultimately how the seller scammed you, resulting in you claiming to have refunded Yoses?

    This has been discussed with staff and you be will be issued a DNT until proof of refunding the 1470m 07 gold can be provided.

    As a seller you should retain proof of any refunds issued. We have to go by the facts which we are provided/can prove.

    1. Yoses paid you 1470m 07 for 42T spk gold.
    2. You confirmed you received the gold.
    3. Yoses states you did not deliver the 42T spk gold, nor issue a refund.
    4. You state that a refund of 1470m was issued, but are unable to provide any proof.
    @Hut RSPS The DNT will remain until proof of the 1470m 07 refund is provided and confirmed.
