Hey, pretty simple but I feel it's one of my best work

v2 (bigger, no white border)



v3 (correct size, diff fonts, diff color)



v4 (shadows changed)



v5 (sizes changed, maylook bad)

I like v5, but the bottom words are blurry/cutoff kinda thing. any way to fix?

 

You should consider changing the bottom font and removing the blue boarders around the text (or at least make them the same thickness).

 

Why? I thought it was good with the different sizes

 

u should have a diffent shade of blue it will make it look better

 

Do yuo have any suggestion specifically? Or should I go red?

 

V2 is too tall (max it can be is 350px including any text aswell as images etc)
The text at the bottom has some quality issues looking blurry etc and the font itself is not really suitable for advertising your business.

Thanks, knew it was to tall, but didn't know the actual height, what font should ve put at the bottom? I'd like it not to be the same as the top font

 

V3, V4 and V5 the font used for the buttons looks pretty choppy with the lines on angles producing spiky edges etc. You should try find a unique font that is easily legible while retaining a semi professional look. dafont etc are great sites to try find some decent fonts to use.

I wonder why it is so choppy regardless of what font you use. Maybe your photoshop resolution is set quite low which could mean quality issues. If raising that doesn't help you could always quickly pentool over the text for vector based output which would be flawless.

 

How do I raise the resolution?

 

I'd screeny it for you but puush is down.
Basically the only way I know to raise the resolution is creating a new photoshop project and in the box that you specify the size of canvas etc there is a box called Resolution. I always set that to 300 per inch

 

I set it to 300, no dice, even went to 600, nothing changed tbh.

 

That sucks, you should go with what I suggested earlier then and pen tool around the outlines of the text and that way you will be able to have a vector based text image which you can then fill in, it should look good.

 

On an unrelated note how does my avatar look?

 

It looks good, the only downside is the drop shadow of it goes out of the avatar so it creates the clip effect and you have square edges on it. I stride for perfection haha :laugh:

 

Actually I noticed that to, but theres nothing I can do other then make it off center by moving it to the left. Also, whats up with your avatar, seen it a lot

 

It's Tom Green, an avatar popularized by the user Plznate. Basically he's going for a high pardon and so n4n0 is doing this thing where if you post in his thread here http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1469504 he will change your avatar to Tom Green. I regret my decision to post, and have submitted a new avatar, just waiting on a global to apply it now haha.
