penguin points And While Guthix sleep?

Can someone explain to me how these points work, i never done it :/

 

Penguin points - You run around RuneScape and spy on penguins then once you have spied them all you cash in your points for experience in a skill of your choice. (Penguins reset once a week on a Wednesday night i think)

And i think you mean Tears of Guthix? If so you collect tears from a waterfall and then you get a certain amount of experience granted on your lowest level.

 

Also an addition for penguin points, don't bother trying to find them yourself. Friends chats like "world60pengs" spy them frequently and they even have a website telling you the penguins origins so you know which pengs you have got etc. There are calls in the fc to update you also.
