Why have i been handed a TWC?

I was hacked, and the hacker tried to "RAT" people from my account, I have since disputed this and the "IP's" did not match and the MOD decided to unban me, I have many vouches from last year, Etc, and honestly speaking, since ive been unbanned, Password has been changed, by Sythe itself so its a secure pw, also the email has been fully changed, to a uni email which will be 10x as hard to access, and probably next to impossible, nobody will bother going through so much heartache for my account again, I just think it will honestly affect my sales sitting on a TWC when I have not actually scammed or done anything of this manor, Please whoever gave me a TWC explain to me, or if its an automatic thing for formerly banned users, then can i please have it removed, so i can carry on serving sythe by doing safe trades, Thanks.

You've only had the TwC for about a week, I support its removal but traditionally you need to wait ~1-3 months before it can be removed

 

Come back at the end of October.
