Previous Passwords

The passwords you gave us did not provide us with enough evidence to say you are the owner of the account. You will need to provide correct passwords to prove your ownership. If you are sure that the passwords you provided are correct, we will need earlier ones to be able to accept your appeal, the creation password would be best! The earlier the details, the faster we can get you back into game. If you believe your current password is known by someone else, please supply an earlier password.

Creation Details

We require details on the creation of your account. This includes:
Date the account was created. The more accurate the better.
Country and State/Country/Region it was created from.
Internet Service Provider used when the account was created (BT,Virgin,Comcast SBC etc.).
These details can be entered into the 'Other Details' section at the bottom of the Appeal form.
