Once both registrations completed, Click on Traffic exchange and start getting Minutes, keep that running for a while!
1. Register a free hosting site with free domain on you favorite hosting site. (Paid hosting is also working, I would recommend this) If you don't know any, use this:

2. Login to your hosting site’s cpanel and go the File Manager.
3. Go to your public_html. Create a new file and name it to index.php
4. Go to google, right click press view page source. Then press ctrl + a, then copy the whole thing.
5. In index.php that we just created, paste the google source code.
6. Create another file and name it to index2.php.
7. Copy the code below and paste it on index2.php. replace “ADFOC.US LINK†with your
adfoc.us link. Then click save.

8. Now go to "my websites" tab on the site you used to register.
Post the domain name you made with free hosting from 000webhost.
Note: We are using the google page source to simply get our website approved so then we can post our adfoc.us link.
9. Once your website is approved, edit index.php and replace everything with this: <?php echo "<meta http-equiv=\"refresh\"
content=\"0;url=index2.php\">"; ?>
Note you will need alot of minutes to get alot of hits! You will be making 1$/1k hits. This is an easy 10$ a day!
What I personally suggest is that you atleast buy Premium Lite, you get 2000 free minutes and you can change the page source to Anonymous.us which is alot safer!
You can also use this for adsense traffic, it is safe when it is coming from anonymous.us
Basically, you need to add your website to the traffic exchange site.
When you add it, it will be reviewed, so when you post it, index.php must
be the source of a normal website. Once it gets approved, then switch it to the paragraph.
