Requesting a TwC for Aniki

He is selling CD keys that cost $80 for $40. When I asked him why he is selling for half of what he paid he avoided the question, and then later said he already answered and then said I was wasting his time and to come back when I feel safe. He could easily recover the cd keys to scam. MSN screenies speak for themselves:





Edit: It is important for whoever handles this to know that if he called arenanet after the sale he could have the cd key made to be invalid, and he would be given a new one that he could resell. It seems like the only explanation as to why he would buy something for $80 and then sell for $40, and he refused to give any other explanation as well.
