If the two of you can text (assuming this to most people would be more awkward on the phone, if not for you then you can just ask verbally) have a conversation like such:

You: (Boy she said she likes, we'll use Tyler) Tyler is lucky...
Her: Why?
You: To have someone like him the way you do..

See where it goes from there, you can mold the conversation around that and find out her definite feelings then proceed from there.
