I sold 200M gold to the scammer 06scape few days ago. The payments from him has been held by paypal because he opened unauthorized claim. The most important proof to prove that he is a scammer is the chat history with him on skype. He promised to retrun 100m first , then we can refund him first payment of $47.00 . But he cheated us he didn't give us gold. we called our paypal manager to cancel the case because we thought he returned gold . we have different operators to process gold trading in game and chat with buyers. so there were some miscommunications. The operator who asked paypal reverses money to buyer thought we got product back.

first payment of 47usd , refunded to buyer 06scape, but no gold returned.
second payment of 49usd, still held by paypal, he still keeps the gold.

1st payment has been authorized to reversed to buyer after he cheated us that he return gold back.

he kept asking me for a refund before return gold back. We have been cheated by him , of course we won't take the 2nd risk.

The 1st payment of 47usd was reversed to scammer 06scape because he cheated us he would return gold back. now , he got the 47usd back, still keeps the 200m, and refused to return gold back. The 2nd payment of 49usd is still held by pp now. Perhaps it will go back to scammer's account as well. We can provide the gold delivery screenshots here if mod needs.

I just need to see proof that he owns that Skype address. Do you have a PM from him or anything that proves he owns 'ekempsey'?

 

I found some proof that he did in fact speak with you on Skype, and buy some gold off you. But I need to see that Skype address:

I think it's not important to upload the proof of his pm. He confirmed that his father issued unauthorized claim becuase he didn't get his father's permission. He is unable to ask his father cancel claim on paypal.
As we all know , Reporting a scammer is really a complicated work , and it took me a long time to finish. I could sell more gold instead of writing a long report. You can see that he left us vouches after successful trade. It proves he is the owner of the account 06scape on sythe, and he was the one who traded with me on buying gold and sending money. If 06scape was our faithful and returning buyer, we wouldn't make the trouble for both of us.

You could find that we have reported several scammers in the past days, and all of them were real scammers. So we are trusted and legit seller, and we're unwilling to waste so much time on report abusing.

he issued unauthorized claim on paypal about other 3 old trades which were finished earlier.
Please ban him as soon as possible. If you can't ban him , I wish all sellers or buyers can see my report. Do not trade with him. Believe it or not!

Unfortunately, I need to see proof of his actual Skype address. I know that in the conversation he says that he charged back, and that is more than enough to ban him IF you can prove that he is 06scape.

The picture you sent of him confirming he is talking to you on Skype is pretty much useless, as we already know he purchased some gold off you before (he has vouched for you). I need to see his Skype address though to be 100% sure he is the same person who has been issuing the charge backs.

Moving this back into RaSc just temporarily to add some extra evidence.

06scape was banned last night based on this scam report: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1457411

He had recently publicly revealed his Skype address to be 'scape.06', which was a bit frustrating as we were looking for a match to the name 'ekempsey' for this report.

However, as you can see in this picture from the report last night, 'ekempsey' must be a private Skype address that he used specifically for that scam, as his real life name is 'Eddie Kempsey'

I feel that this is even enough evidence to tie this case to him indefinitely and prove he was the one who scammed Lily.
