Price check on Halloween-themed account

Hi, just looking for a general RSGP price for an account with:
>Cool display name (is it ok to post that here?)
>Scythe, yoyo, rubber chicken, as well as a few other Halloween event items (web cloak, bone brooch, grim reaper hood)

It's sort of a mith pure/rune pure in the making, with stats:

40 atk
73 str
20 def

Not really any other skills worth mentioning. I tried getting him a g2h, but only got to 27 dung (no tokens spent tho =D)

Without knowing the name I'd personally pay, at the very least, 50-60M, I love accounts with scythes.
