Hacked.

Hello.
I tried to log in a minute ago to see that my account had been banned with the following information provided:

You have been banned for the following reason:
hacked/self vouching ring - http://puu.sh/Q5De

Username: ~Ultimate~

Not sure what I can do to prove it's my account really - I registered in 2007, have connected from a Sky connection until ~2009 then a Virgin connection which I am still using. Haven't really used the forum much - Just don't want to lose an account which had donated 5m gp back in the day, reputable register date etc.
