F2P Pking

So I have these stats at the moment:



Should I get 44 prayer for F2P pking, or should I stay 1 prayer?

I have never had any pkers with prayer levels on rs2, so I am really not sure what to do.

 

If you're keeping it F2p and 1-def, prayer levels will not serve any purpose (hits wise) you wont hit any better nor worse, it's not worth the added combat levels.

 

Do you think it would decrease the account value?

 

Not really. And like Lilly said, you should keep it 1 pray. Just not worth the additional cb lvls..

 

90% of the users here don't know what the fuck they're doing. They just buy the account because they see one def and multiple 99's. I won't have any purchasing downfalls.

 

NO. Levelling prayer would just decrease the value of that account.

P.S what methods did you train Ranged, strength and magic with? Were you F2p or p2p when you trained them

 

Keep it at level for for f2p pking. Its really no use and not worth the additional combat levels.

I trained all stats on P2P.

Range - used black knives at the zombies under magic guild.

Strength - SW.

Magic - super heating gold ores with gloves, got 99 magic and 99 smithing at basically the same time.

 

If its purpose is a F2P pker, keep it at one prayer. Most people don't want to run and recharge it after each fight its just stupid.

 

Yeah but now you can use the teleport to lumbridge spell which takes you just outside the altar, and then loadstone back to edge. So as far as recharging goes, it is fairly easy.

Personally I would hit up 13 prayer, it's only one combat level and the 10% boost to strength sure will help with ko's.

 

Tbh, 13 pray would be a pain in the ass to recharge on F2P. I would either go for 44, or stay at level 1.

 

From experience, I know that level 33 (superhuman Strength) is definitely worth it. I imagine the +10% and +5% are good, too. But it will probably raise your combat 2 or 3. Plug your stats into a combat calculator and see what happens.

If you're going to sell it, it'd probably be best to leave it at level 1.

 

31 prayer no more

 

Don't feel like stopping at 31. Either staying at level 1 or moving all the way to overheads.

 

Unless your 99 prayer you won’t find much use of it in f2p. As for the account losing value with prayer I would say yes since this account could be turned into a staking account very easily.

 

Why you would recommend 99 is beyond me, he just went through all his reasonings why it's so easy to recharge at 44 prayer. Tack on an extra 12 combat levels instead of five so you realize that you need to restock anyway. Your account is fine as is, however very few people would state the reasoning for lowballing you is because of 44 prayer. They would just do so because they want to pay next to nothing (go figure).

 

I said 99 because 44 prayer runs out ¼ of the way in the average f2p fight. I wasn’t implying that he should actually do that, I was just saying that prayer is next to useless in f2p unless it’s high enough to survive a fight.

 

Err, I find it pretty useful, I'm a fellow F2P pker, I found it a lot easier to pk with 13 Prayer, so I think personally 13 Prayer is the way to go, but 44 definately at your level.
