Bit harsh, but yeah, was happy to see him lose power and if he did in fact do what he is accused of im happy to see him gone. Brought a lot of activity and controversy but an overall negative, especially when ruling staff, imo.

I try to be more complacent, chilled and arguably less passionate in the way some other staff members are. Don't involve yourself in the major situations; don't be proactive in removing the corruption; take a back seat in all senses of the expression. Then I realize I just can't do that. I then revert to how I usually am. I perceive myself as a person who has a good heart and who does all he can for this site. Stood against the team lead system which almost all staff hated but were too scared to stand against. Alongside a couple of others, I was the one who put my neck on the line, ''offended'' Vision Ex and managed to reachieve the sectional/global system which our staff wanted back so badly

Overcame severe hostility when I was first modded to achieve Global two months later under a unanimous staff vote

Have never taken a back seat and have always contributed my views and position irrespective of whether they cause offense

Have counted Moderator logs every single month since I was admined so the staff can see how they're doing

Have helped remove corruption and stop leaking. When I ran for Official Middleman in 2007, the ENTIRE contents (votes, comments, etc.) were leaked to me within a matter of minutes of the poll being established. Leaking was extremely commonplace when I first became staff and I have helped to remove it.

Stood behind fellow staff members in the face of them being framed and treated like shit

Spent more time improving this site than I have done on my school work

Introduced Personal Support as a haven for our members to seek advice when they have nowhere else to turn

Introduced the Non-Virtual Items Market and ensured its activity

Been an approachable staff member for new staff members to approach and seek advice from

Have banned hundreds of IPs which were being used by scammers

Have been part of major collaborations with Matthew, for example, where we improve the site. Don't get me wrong, the majority of major technical changes can be attributed to him, but I always take an interest and offer suggestions

Was the driving force for Pen, one of our best, most dedicated and caring staff members to be reinstated following minor mistakes

Have helped to ensure a high calibre of staff in terms of helpfuless, activity and integrity

Organized multiple community competitions

Taken a step further than most staff members would in helping those who have been cheated. For example, when Bring Me The Horizon stole almost $1,000 in donations, I was the only person who did not sit back in complacency but instead managed to get the money returned by contacting family members and almost ultimately his school

I have pioneered for many of our best ever staff members to be promoted who, without them, we'd be lost - Verts, Tyro, etc.

Have stood against corruption and have always spoken out against it and have been the public figure who constantly puts his neck on the line and gets criticised for doing so: Zypur, Brandon, Daily, Syed, Rawr. The list goes on with time and the names become innumerable.

I'm not going to go on for much longer, but I will say this:

My contributions to this site have made it a better place in a number of significant ways. Can you really say that about yourself, SuF? No offense, but you were a complacent staff member who never really pushed the boat out or did anything of much value to the site. The most proactive you've ever been in improving the site is now that you're no longer staff, and, with all due fairness, the majority of feedback you've expressed has been impolite, bitter, hostile, disrespectful and has only really sought to make drama.

I do acknowledge that I make mistakes like anyone else, and yes, I have a hot temper, but that is not because I am corrupt, unkind or scathing -- it is because I am passionate. Passionate about moving this site forward and ensuring that members are safe from corruption and the sometimes irresistible temptation of it.
