Sooo i got this idea for an account

I was thinking of making like a Range Boss/ Main Mixture, but primarily range based. So here would be the stats i have in mind as of now.

Attack: 60 (for things like d hatchet/pick)
Strength: 60 (to basically match attack)
Defense: 70 (strictly for Armadyl, possibly 80 for pernix later on?)
Range: 99
Prayer: 70? (I definitely need help with this one)
Magic: 99 (simple to get and can be useful)

Now what i need help with is are these good stats for what im generally looking for? And I don't want a "zerker" or "pure" that everyone else has im kind of looking for my own new thing. Some other things to know is/are that i hate melee combat, so getting attack and strength up are not going to happen unless its for something like wielding a bow or something that can be very useful like that. I rarely ever PK ive played for over 5 years and have only entered the wilderness to kill like 3 times total (L0L). Ive never actually bossed either so i have no idea what im getting into. I dont need a quick project and im willing to put about $150 dollars worth of GP into the account. So any ideas?

 

It looks like a classic barrows range tank, aside from the prayer which i would get 95 because you'll need the extra def pray bonus.

 

For main, generally you don't really need to plan for the stats. The main goal would be to get defence and ranged 99 for bossing if you were to pve. For a farmer main, you will also need tons of other stuff like quests, herblore, prayer if you are serious.

I have a 99 magic 85 defence mage tank and it is somewhat similar to what you are planning. I've done only barrows and it rocked there but if I wanted to do Nex or other beasts that truly make some nice coin, I would need better stats. Why waste time doing something if you could spend equal amount of time and make 10x more gp?

Never even heard of it but then again ive never really trained combat in my life. Could you explain to me what the difference is from this to my idea? If its any different.

Im not to serious i just want to be able to go to god wars and other PVM things with my freinds because it gets lonely being the only one not with them in the clan chat. And money making isnt an issue as i have a couple skills that will have a way to make 500k/h. they never do nex, besides one guy but he does it in another clan.

Im sorry but the account im doing this on is one of my accounts i got multiple 99's on already which i would rather not do again, by the investment i was talking about GP for supplies and miscellaneous things.
