Quick Question

[Eberle14]

Hi I'm new to this site and I'm not 100% sure if im in the right forum for this but here goes...

I was scammed for 250 mill recently and a friend told me about this site and how its members are trusted for buying runescape gold, So i guess my question is how would i go about doing that?

I have a paypal account and everything but could someone tell me the common steps in the process of buying gold off this site. Im real sorry if this seems like a stupid question, im honestly not sure.
