If you want to get 99 slayer as fast as you can you may want to stock up on cannon balls, if you're aiming for 99 maybe 300k cannonballs? As a zerker you would be best using Prosylyte and using turmoil on your tasks, overloads may be a bit pricey for 99 slayer, but i used extremes the whole way, and redrank and 120 strength. Stock up on alot of cannonballs, prayer pots and prayer renewals, try to use Extremes rather than overloads on some tasks to conserve money. GL!

also things like prayer pots/monks-sharks/items to tele u throughout scape like games neck/duel ring/just general combat items like that

 

Things to stock up on:

Super/Extreme PURE Potion Sets
Prayer Potions
Super/Regular Antifire Potions
Cannon and Cannonballs

You should ALWAYS be Cannoning your tasks if possible and ALWAYS be praying Piety/Turmoil and Protect Melee or whatever the attack is

Use a Rapier - ALWAYS with a Dragon Defender

Remember that it will take TIME to reach 99, so be patient. If you play all day give it 2 Months just to be safe (taking note that you won't be at school or whatever)

 

You'll want a lot of Prayer Potions, Prayer Renewals, Extreme Potion sets, and cannonballs. That's basically all you need if you skip a lot of tasks. For miscellaneous tasks, you'll need Super Antifires, Super Antipoisons, maybe SoA runes (helps Jad tasks immensely), Goliath gloves (helps with waterfiends and mithril dragons).

Getting 99 slayer varies based on how much you "powerslay" (i.e., use a cannon), but it's about 30k xp/hr with a comfortable mix of tasks.
