Any Hobbyists Here?

Are there any hobbyists on Sythe?
By hobbies, I mean RC automobiles and aircraft, railways and duch

I'm personally thinking of mounting a railway on my room ceiling.
These things are just electric running boxes on top of rails, but i have no idea why I want to spend hundreds of dollars on them.
They just have that magic

What about you guys?

 

I used to do RC cars, and I have a friend that does the high end planes that cost thousands each.

Are you talking about electric trains? Like made by lionel?

And i envy your friend who dishes out thousands on rc. I wish that I had that kind of money

You would have loved my grandpa, he passed away just over a year ago.

He worked for Lionel, and knew the owner personally for many years.
He collected those trains with a passion, and passed them on to my Mom and Aunt to sell, they haven't yet, but they figured out the totalish amount he has.
Turns out he has slightly over $100,000 worth or those trains lol, I was surprised, I mean he has thousands of them, but I didn't know they were worth that much.

 

I'm a fan of collecting coins and tend to consider making money on Sythe as more of a hobby.

 

Is being an opportunist a hobby? Lol, find it kind of funny, but yeah. I consider myself to seek good deals and potentially save others from harm in any ways mean. ^.^

Also, mounting railroads on your ceiling is a bit dangerous don't you think?

To some people, they're just like stamps. Nobody can understand why people collect them and why they're so damn expensive.
But to those who do, they're prized possesions worth more than gold.

Hope that those trains go to someone who really appreciates them.

Haha, no I don't think that that's the type of hobby that I was asking for.. Lol
And sure they can be dangerous if I don't know what I'm doing (I don't) but they'd be a fun and interesting watch

 

I collect colognes. I have around 30 right now.
