ban evasion

Hello there i am the owner of the internet service provider being used in my household i used my brothers account gertjaars to find help for my runescape requirements only to find that when i wanted to confirm the order i was banned for an evasion i do not know why i have played by the rules ! whatever my brother has done was not even done by him. this does not make sense sythe pple do get there accounts fished daily and we have had ours fished we have learnt by our mistakes and we do not mean any harm ! thanks isaac
