Was selling p2p upgrades, I went first but he "found out" that he actually had no upgrades as soon as he got the money. Asked for my money back but he apparently "doesnt do refunding" (lol).

I need to see a post or PM where he states his MSN is [email protected]. Also, if you have any more records of the conversation I would like to see that as well please.

 

as seen from my post history; I dont post my full address anywhere so it leaves out the possibility of someone else adding me instead and pretending to be M3rk. Ive only received one msn-add today and it happened 15 seconds before he sent me the pm here saying he has added me.



he just kept saying "i dont do refunds" and tried to sell me somekind of (????) skulls and bibles.

 

Normally we need to see him state his MSN to be sure it is him, or we need to match up the time stamps from the PM to the time stamps on MSN, but unfortunately Ebuddy doesn't seem to offer that feature

I checked your posts though, and you've got a total of 15 posts in the last year, making it very easy to track what topics you've posted on and where you've posted your MSN address. I also read M3RK's denial on his topic that he even dealt with you, claiming that he "just got out of the shower." It's weird that he somehow managed to PM you from the shower though, hey?
