MoodyMight/Cape scams

So here (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1435548) there is someone being scammed by MoodyMight. I also ordered a TokHaar-Kal resulting in a cleaned account! I'm litteraly tired of trading on Sythe as I've done a few trades, none of them being succesful! Every time again I've been scammed, deceived or whatsoever...

Unfortunately there are no other images of me chatting with this guy... The point is that I'm not satisfied with his temporarily ban and instead I want to see him banned permanently. I hope this is enough even though I don't have evidence but the other person has already proven that this "Cape" is obviously a scammer and should be banned permanently.

Cape is NOT just temporarily banned.

Unfortunately, sectional moderators (such as myself) are only able to issue temporary bans, which last for 3 days at a time. The procedure for bans goes like this:

• Process the scam report
• Temporarily ban the user
• Post the ban information & user's name in a special ban list in the Staff Lounge
• A Global moderator comes along and processes the report on the ban list
• The temporary ban is changed to a permanent ban

This whole process usually takes a few hours. The temporary ban is immediate and means that they will NOT be able to access Sythe. It is switched to a permanent ban within a few hours
