Can I make an account unrecoverable to someone else?

Lets say i buy an account. i set new recovs, change password, set email, facebook, and use a CC to get members. can the other person still recover the account?

 

No the original owner will always be able to recover.

 

No as said above the seller will always be able to recover it so I recommend only buying accounts off a reputable seller.

 

The original owner will ALWAYS be able to recover their account, especially if they have access to the original IP, or even just an IP that was used regularly on the account before the IP switched over to yours. They look for earlier IPs as better evidence of who the account owner is.

TL;DR

You are never 100% safe when purchasing an account... Unless you kill the person who sold it to you...

 

It will make no difference as it is heavily based on IP. Purchase from a "trusted" user and you should have no issues.

 

You may be able to get the account back if they recover it, considering they don't change the recoveries back.
Other than that, the IP will always be traced back to the original one (First owner).
