Name changes aren't given out I'm afraid, the only way to get one at the moment is if you are promoted to staff and an administrator deems your username to be 'unprofessional' and offers a name change. Aside from this, there is no way to get a name change on Sythe. You are free to create a new account with the username you desire, however you are not allowed to interact with your previous account on your new one, this also applies to vouches and such, you can't carry them over for example.
