hey im looking for a low level gmaul rusher that has decent stats for rushing also im also willing to exchange low level mains(low 100s) for a decent rusher..

43 attack (was 50)
74 strength (was 81)
3 defence ( qq. )
88 ranged ( was 95 )
1 pray
94 magic ( was 99 )
combat is 59.

still has the skill cape in the bank, and account has around 5m wealth that I can't access because its non mem.
