He hasnt scammed me get hes telling me Money bookers its taking time to add founds to hes account :S i asked for my money back then he answered with this:
I can't do anything until you make a scam report against him, just make sure you're recording/screenshoting every aspect of the trade, and try to get out of it if you can.

hes buying me 150m and i gave him it and he still havent payed me atm..
should i wait for him and the supposed "money" or just report?
Definitely make a report. He'll be banned in the meantime, so that'll prevent anyone else from getting targeted by him if he is a scammer, and he can be unbanned when he pays you what he owes you. Also, don't worry about bothing me, it's no bother at all. That's what I'm here for!
He just told me that on sythe rules are he got 24 hours to pay me is that true?
That's not true in the slightest. Traders are required to complete the trade immediately. He shouldn't be trying to trade if he has to wait 24 hours before paying you anyway. Tell him if he doesn't pay, he'll get banned the moment you post a report against him.
