For you to have 9 hps in RS2 you have to be able to access RSC.
Since it was a glitch that happened when you were level 3 in RSC when RS2 was made.

 

Sadly, that isn't the case. RS2 was released in 04, and the only characters that can access RSC are ones that were logged in during a few months in 2006 and specific re-openings in 09/10/11. Have you been on that character recently or could you provide proof?

 

Is there anyway I can prove it without making the account a member?

And I have another account that I know can aces RSC but the account has 99 strength, 99 magic, and 99 hunter in RS2 and is a great zerker pure.

 

The only way I know of, other than attempting to login with members, is to send a message to customer service/billing and say you're interested in playing and want to buy a subscription, but don't know if your account is eligible.

I think that I've got 2 accounts that have access to RSC (Both were made really early, first one ~2000-2001, second one around 2003) They have shitty RS2 stats, and neither have mems, but I can see about finding a way to prove their RSC accessible.

 

I don't care about the RS2 stats at all. I hope you can find out if they are, I want to buy one.

 

I'm pretty sure I've went onto RSC with one of them in the past. Their names aren't that great, but can't you change the in game names with mems? I'll see about finding out for sure if they are RSC accessible.
