Supreme Court strikes down 'Stolen Valor' Act

What are your opinions on this? I personally feel that this was an awful decision but that's probably just me.

 

Free speech is free speech no matter what is being said. The dissenting opinions are also very funny if you read them as they argue that lying about receiving metals severely harms everyone in the military and yadayadayada, which it obviously doesn't because you can easily check to see if they are lying.
