Pures/Skillers Category

Im wondering how its possible that a skiller/pure of lvl 138 is possible for the pures/skillers section.
Its impossible no, because if it was it would be just in other accounts if it was lvl 138+ high skills. or even cb 130 with high skills

What do you guys think about this?

 

A level 100 pure isn't hard to find. Zerker pures and turmoil pures are usually combat 100+ (When they're maxed).

My friend ingame has a maxed zerker pure, he's combat 120+

 

I have a pure in my signature that's 101 Combat.

 

101 combat is possible but pures cant go higer than 125 or so, any higher would be considered a main not a pure
