Hello I was wondering some things:

1. For a Visa payment, do you require a PayPal account?
2. Is the Visa payment instant?
3. Are there any additional fees on the 10%+$.99?

For a Visa payment, do you require a PayPal account?
- I believe you can pay through paypal as a guest, so you choose paypal on PA though.

Is the Visa payment instant?
- PA manually verifies each payment, but it should be close to instant.


Are there any additional fees on the 10%+$.99?
- Fees are paid by sellers, not buyers.
- Sellers now also have to pay a small fee to receive the disbursement from PA on paypal.

Is the Visa payment instant? Yes but verification may take up to 60 mins.
Are there any additional fees on the 10%+$.99? Yes, there is a buyer fee of around 2.5% on top of order total, 10%+.99 is fee that seller pays.

I think I may have confused everyone. Is there a way to receive money using a debit card without a PayPal account or any other account (other than a bank account obviously)?

 

If you want to sell on Playerauctions payout options are PayPal or Moneybookers only, you will need an account with one of them to receive the money.

Yeah paypal and moneybookers only to receive the disbursement payments.

Moneybookers is still Europe only I think, and unless you have a real business after an X amount your moneybookers account will be locked.
Happened to me, they asked me to provide proof of shares and stocks etc.
