He admit's to rat people which isn't allowed and he asked me If I did I said I don't and its something bad to do to people.

This is all the proof I can get I asked him again and he still said he RAT's people his bank so I posted than again, I know that this person needs to get banned if hes doing this on Sythe and to other people.
