Buying Modern Warfare 3 Xbox Live Profile (UK preferred) account.

Hello there! I'm very interested in buying an Xbox Live account with certain features that I'll list below. I would very much prefer the account to be from the UK, or European based at least so I can buy Microsoft points to change the gamertag and buy add-ons, such as map packs to the game. Xbox Live isn't necessary, I can buy that myself. Other than that, I really have no other mandatory points.

The list of features the account has to have are:

• 9th Prestige or higher in Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer (I can be flexible on this, if your account is lower than this prestige but matches up all the other mandatory points, post it up and I'll check it out still)
• 1.75 K/D ratio or higher in Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer
• 1.0 W/L ratio or higher in Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer
• No previous "scuffles" with the Infinity Ward enforcers team (basically, no previous bans, resets, etc.)
• No previous boosting history. I will check the account's gamertag for any odd stats on Call of Duty Elite.

Things I will pay extra for:

• 14th Prestige or higher on Call of Duty Black Ops
• 1.5 K/D ratio or higher in Black Ops' multiplayer

I'm very flexible with the payment, and I'm sure we can come up with a negotiation once discussions start up. I prefer PayPal, but I don't mind other methods of payment.
