Disputing TWC

Reason for TwC:

I was given this TwC in 2010 by Pen, for 'Suspicious activity' when trading. I opted out of a trade before we had exchanged anything, except words.

Explanation for removal of the TwC:

I understand this may have been suspicious and have seen what I did wrong. I've disputed this twice, had many trades even with the TwC and most of my vouches are from having the TwC. I've had no infractions or anything since this has happened 2 years ago and I'm looking to finally having it taken off. It has greatly affected my trading though and I'd like to get rid of it, if possible. Please keep in mind that no one had exchanged items/goods or money, just words about a deal on MSN.

Again I give my sincerest apologies and would like the TwC removed as I haven't had any infractions except this TwC 2 years ago and I would like my trading to go back to normal.

You've got quite a few vouches and it looks like you've been well behaved over the last year and a half (no infractions). Not to mention your TWC was applied over 2 years ago... that is a long time to be TWC'd.

I think you deserve a second chance, and so I will request that your TWC is lifted. Don't let me down
