I recently bought some coins off Shoei Starz and it is taking longer then he said and i was wondering whether he is trusted or not because i am not sure if i should report him to PayPal, this website and Runescape or wait for him to send me the coins. If you know him or have delt with him before then please post below saying that he is trusted or if he has scammed you then please post below saying that he scammed you please.
