    More of a unity in the Dispute/HP section

    I am seeing more and more threads answered with "No support" BEFORE the victims are even paid back.
    If the scammer knows he aint coming back, surely he will not go out of his way to refund his victims.

    The answer should be a unanimous "Refund your victims show proof and we'll consider it." After which the thread should be closed until he has done so.

    We shouldn't have to tell them they have to pay back, that should be automatic. And what this has to do with unity I have no idea.
