I agree that I should be held responsible for my account, but there was no scam involved. I was banned for selling "blackhat" related products, but as I have said, I do not own that email anymore. Normally I would have to take responsibility for any scam under that email, but there was no scam or anything that have affected the well being of any of the fellow members on Sythe.

I have the stickies on requesting a high pardon. It requires me to admit to something I did wrong. I have not done anything wrong and you want me to admit to something that I might not even get unbanned for? I am just trying to reasonable here and to be honest, based on both sides of the case, I personally see no reason for me to admit to something I did not do, especially when no harm has come to any of the members of Sythe. In a way, a high pardon is like bribery that is not guaranteed. If I admit to this, even after claiming that I am not associated with that email anymore, if the person who has access to that email does anything bad, I will be blamed for because I would have to claim that email as mines. I understand that my unban is in your hands, so what I personally think may not matter at all when you are judging the outcome.
