    Look at the way you are speaking to me - you are swearing, you are rude, and you are insulting me. Your claims of abuse are laughable, considering you are the one verbally abusing ME, when I am only trying to do my job. Any further abuse from you or if you continue to waste my time, you will be temporarily banned so you can cool off.
